Why We Designed This

Young children learn best through hands-on, sensory experiences which is why a sensory table is a must-have in PreK classrooms, kindergartens, and daycare settings. It helps support fine motor development, cognitive and self-regulation skills in a fun, engaging way.

Our Bamboo Sensory Light Table has a natural aesthetic ideal for early childhood environments and it's multi-functional. The light table is removeable, something you don't typically find with other sensory centers, so it can be moved to another area of the room.

The construction brick table top is also removeable, giving kids the freedom to build and play on the floor or at another table when the light table is being used. When not in use, it slides neatly into a built-in storage slot, perfect for switching up your learning centers throughout the day. To keep everything organized, the storage tubs come with lids to keep manipulatives and materials idea and close at hand.

Our finish is a nitrocellulose lacquer. Lacquers are a popular finish type for furniture and the preferred choice of professional furniture makers. Lacquers provide a clear, durable, and water-resistant finish, that protects the base material while enhancing its appearance.

The Construction Brick table is a well-loved item in our classroom, getting used multiple times throughout the day.
